Product Manager - Permanent Position

140,000 public and quasi-public institutions in France have complex planning needs to manage. This may involve planning for rooms, equipment, vehicles, or even personnel.

80% of these institutions manage these needs using Excel or paper. These tools—whether spreadsheets or notebooks—were never designed for planning. They exacerbate data silos and hinder team collaboration.

Mariloo has developed an AI-powered planning platform designed to meet the needs of the public sector. The SaaS software offers a range of useful features used on a daily basis: creating and tracking tickets, generating documents, messaging… Everything has been designed to save users time, in the service of the public interest.

Context

As part of our strong growth, we are seeking a Product Manager for a permanent position to lead the continuous improvement of our platform and support the development of new use cases.

You will play a central role as the liaison between customers, technical teams, support, and sales teams.

Your responsibilities will cover the entire product lifecycle:

• identifying and analyzing customer needs,
• benchmarking and market research,
• designing new features,
• creating mockups and user flows,
• prioritizing and preparing the product roadmap,
• monitoring development progress with the technical team,
• participating in testing and acceptance phases,
• continuously improving the user experience,
• contributing to sales materials and product demonstrations,
• organizing webinars and promoting new features.

You will work closely with all teams and report directly to the company’s CEO.

Desired Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of successful experience in Product Management in a SaaS environment;
• You are comfortable designing user flows and creating UX/UI mockups in Figma;
• You know how to translate business needs into simple, useful, and well-prioritized features;
• You are self-reliant, meticulous, and problem-solving oriented;
• You enjoy working in a team and can collaborate effectively with technical, sales, and support staff;
• You are curious, enjoy continuous learning, and like to share your knowledge;
• You want to contribute to a tangible product used daily by public institutions.
