INCUBATION PROGRAM

Frequently Asked Questions

How it works

1. Bootcamp — 2 months, September 29 to November 25

An intensive schedule, every Tuesday and Thursday, on site in Lille or Roubaix. Workshops, founder keynotes and training sessions: market research, positioning, MVP, business plan, legal structure, go-to-market, pitch, funding.

The rest of the week, you're welcome to come and work in our incubator spaces.

2. End-of-bootcamp panel — November 25

The panel decides whether your project has solid enough foundations to move on to incubation.

3. Incubation — 4 months

More keynotes and training, monthly one-to-one support, access to our mentor network and partner offers, pitch opportunities and introductions to investors and corporates.

Do you fit the criteria?

  • You're building a product. Software, app, IoT, hardware, web platform. No consulting, no physical agency networks or franchises.
  • Your project is tech and innovative. Whatever the sector.
  • You're aiming for the Hauts-de-France region. You plan to set up there and you can attend the program on site.

Applications close September 15, 2026.

Frequently asked questions

How do I prepare my application pitch deck?

Selection is based on your written application and your pitch deck.

Cover your project: the problem you've identified, your solution, your market and its size, your business model, the competition, where you stand today, your team and the founders' background.

It must be a PDF presentation (built with PowerPoint, Canva, Gamma...), not a written text document.

What if the panel doesn't select my project?

The bootcamp is yours to keep. You leave with a structured project, expert feedback and a network. You're welcome to apply again for a future batch, and to keep attending campus events.

Can I apply if I'm still employed or studying?

Yes. But you'll need to attend as many Tuesday and Thursday sessions as possible to get the most out of the bootcamp.

Do I need to be based in Lille?

Not necessarily. That said, the bootcamp takes place on site, in Lille or Roubaix, every Tuesday and Thursday for two months. Being there is part of the program.

In the longer run, your startup will need to be registered in the Hauts-de-France region.

Do I pay for office space during incubation?

No. There's no desk or coworking fee. You can come and work in our incubator spaces free of charge.

What happens at the end of the program?

Three possible outcomes.

  • Your incubation is renewed so you can keep building your project.
  • You've grown your revenue and found your market fit, and you apply to the acceleration program.
  • You leave the program and join our 4,000 alumni.

ACCELERATION PROGRAM

Frequently Asked Questions

How it works

One year, September to September, in two six-month phases.

Phase 1 — September to March, sales acceleration

Win customers and partners, build clear revenue growth.

  • Sales audit. A review of your ICP, pipeline and channels, run by a panel of experts.
  • A/B testing. Testing channels (outbound, inbound, partners), offer and pricing.
  • Review. Reading the results, keeping and scaling what works.
  • Sales activation. Structured pipeline, active CRM, first sales hire or SDR.

You unlock access to the large accounts, mid-market companies and public sector bodies in our network, a network of integrators and distributors, a Demo Day, and campus venues for your own customer events.

Phase 2 — March to September, building for scale

Governance, finance, hiring, tooling: getting ready to scale and to raise.

  • Scale audit. A review of your tooling, finances, marketing, compliance and international readiness.
  • Founders and governance. Co-founder agreements, stable governance, founder leadership, tax structuring.
  • Run and people. First key hires and team structure.
  • Fundraising. Raise preparation, KPIs, investor pitch training.

You unlock a marketing and GTM review, international expansion, a tooling and AI audit, and the Demo Day Invest.

Who supports you

An entrepreneur mentor, your strategic sparring partner

A founder who has already been through the scale-up stage, matched to your project and your needs. They challenge your decisions and push you to think bigger.

A startup manager, your facilitator

Your point of contact at EuraTechnologies. They build your program, connect you with the right experts (entrepreneur mentors, partner companies) and help you structure your startup.

Do you fit the criteria?

  • Proven market fit. Product live, customers have paid, perceived value is established, a first acquisition channel is working.
  • Real revenue. Between €20k and €50k ARR.
  • The means to fund your growth. Enough runway to invest in sales without an immediate cash risk.
  • Regional roots, international ambition. Based in the Hauts-de-France region, or planning to open a site there.

Applications close September 10, 2026.
Selection panel September 15, kickoff September 28.

Frequently asked questions

What is peer-to-peer?

Half a day with your peers, every month, to compare situations, share wins and work through your blockers together. Practical, actionable, founder to founder.

Topics come out of your own audits: tooling stack, lead management, dealing with your bank... plus whatever you bring to the table.

What does the year look like?

Running throughout: dedicated sales support, your assigned entrepreneur mentor, and the monthly peer-to-peer session.

Key moments: kickoff lunch and sales audit in September, CEO dinners, Demo Day at the end of phase 1, relaunch and scale audit in March, Demo Day Invest at the end of phase 2.

How do I apply?

Two ways in.

Apply online. Submit your application through our form.

Talk to your startup manager. Already in touch with us? Go straight to your contact.

Do I need to be based in the Hauts-de-France region?

Yes, or be planning to open a site there. The program is rooted in the region and builds on its network of large accounts, mid-market companies and public sector bodies.

How is this different from The Square?

The Square takes 10 startups for 6 months, sets no revenue threshold and is open to French and international companies. Individualized support, a dedicated Shadow Comex, close KPI tracking.

The acceleration program runs for a year, requires established revenue and is aimed at startups based in the Hauts-de-France region.

THE QUESTIONS EVERYONE ASKS

Does the project have to be in a specific industry?

No. All innovative tech projects are eligible, regardless of their market: healthcare, manufacturing, retail, education, environment, finance... What matters is the strength of the project, the team, and the fact that you’re launching a product rather than a service.

My project is a service—can I apply?

Our programs are designed for projects that launch a product: software, apps, IoT, hardware, or web platforms. Consulting firms, agency networks, and franchises do not fit this format.

Can I apply to both programs?

The two programs address different situations, and a single startup can only qualify for one of them. The incubation program is for project leaders whose company isn’t yet registered, while the acceleration program is for startups that are already generating revenue. If in doubt, apply to the one that best fits your situation: we’ll redirect you if necessary.

Do I have access to the campus?

Yes, even if you’re not already based here. Workspaces, meeting rooms, and auditoriums for your product launches and client workshops, a podcast studio, and 300 tech companies just down the hall.

Can we move from the incubation program to the acceleration program?

That’s actually the intended path. At the end of the incubation phase, if you’ve grown your revenue and found your market fit, you can apply for the acceleration program.
