Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (M/F)

Permanent Position | Lille | Remote Work 2 Days a Week

Allistic is a pure-play cybersecurity firm that has been working since 2018 with companies, mid-sized businesses, large enterprises, and local governments to protect their data, secure their information systems, and sustainably strengthen their cybersecurity maturity.

Our belief is simple: cybersecurity relies as much on technical excellence as on the quality of the people who drive it. It requires rigor, discernment, respect, autonomy, and a genuine desire to grow together.

As part of our growth, we are seeking a senior cybersecurity consultant to support our clients on high-value-added consulting engagements, while actively contributing to the firm’s development.

Your Role

Reporting to senior management or a practice leader depending on your profile, you will work with our clients on a variety of topics related to governance, compliance, security management, and improving cyber resilience.

In particular, you may be called upon to:

  • structure or evolve our clients’ cybersecurity governance
  • define information security roadmaps, security master plans, or security implementation plans
  • support ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, or other applicable standards
  • lead risk analyses and help prioritize action plans
  • provide support to CISOs, offer operational assistance, or conduct fixed-price engagements
  • manage projects, define project scope, produce deliverables, and present project results
  • support CIOs, CISOs, business units, or steering committees
  • contribute to pre-sales activities, requirements qualification, and proposal drafting
  • mentor less experienced consultants, depending on your experience

You will be expected to demonstrate the quality of your analyses, the clarity of your deliverables, your client-focused approach, and your ability to create tangible value in the projects entrusted to you.

Topics on which you may work

For example, you may contribute to assignments such as:

  • support for ISO 27001 compliance, NIS2, DORA
  • implementation or improvement of an ISMS
  • risk analysis and mitigation plans
  • CISO support or part-time CISO services
  • structuring of cybersecurity governance and associated committees
  • cybersecurity crisis management and resilience improvement
  • overseeing remediation plans and vulnerability management
  • securing transformation projects or the deployment of security tools
  • continuous improvement of security practices

What You Can Help Build at Allistic

At Allistic, we’re not just looking for someone who can deliver high-quality projects. We’re also looking for someone who wants to help build an expert, demanding, and close-knit firm.

You’ll be able to contribute to:

  • improving our methods and quality standards
  • capitalizing on the firm’s expertise
  • evolving our cybersecurity offerings and principles
  • building the team’s collective skills
  • structuring internal projects that support the firm’s growth
  • sharing your feedback with the team

The Ideal Candidate

You have significant experience in cybersecurity consulting—ideally between 5 and 8 years—gained at a consulting firm, a specialized company, or in an environment exposed to real-world cybersecurity challenges.

You know how to manage a project independently, produce solid deliverables, and support your clients with a methodical approach, clarity, and sound judgment.

You are proficient in all or some of the following areas:

  • governance and management of information system security
  • risk analysis and related methodologies
  • cybersecurity standards, regulatory frameworks, and guidelines
  • compliance, security plans and roadmaps
  • vulnerability management and remediation plans
  • cybersecurity project coordination
  • facilitating workshops, reporting, and client support

Experience with ISO 27001, EBIOS RM, NIS2, DORA, crisis management, operational security, SOC, or support for the CISO will be particularly valued.

A strong command of professional English is required, both written and spoken.

What We Value in You

We will look for your attention to detail, your respect for clients and the team, your independence, your ability to grow and help others grow, as well as your commitment to service.

We are looking for a reliable, organized person who can take charge of their responsibilities, raise issues at the right time, and contribute positively to the team’s dynamics.
