Internship - E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant

Duration: 2 to 6 months

Start date: To be defined together, according to your availability

Location: Roubaix (a stone's throw from the center and streetcar)

Driver's license/vehicle: Not required

🚀 Your missions:

Website management

• Update product sheets, descriptions, images, etc..
• Optimize SEO (natural referencing, tagging, content, internal links...)
• Maintain quality of online info and consistency of shop

Digital marketing & social networks

• Participate in campaigns (emailing, ads, social networks....)
• Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, the blog...
• Performance analysis (you learn to read stats and use them!)

Inventory management & logistics

• Inventory tracking, replenishment, exchanges with suppliers
• Discovering what goes on behind the scenes of a real e-shop

Customer relations & team atmosphere

• Answers to customers (e-mail, networks, chat)
• Participation in the daily life of the team: we help each other, we share, and we laugh too!

👀 What we expect from you:

• Education: Student in business, marketing, com', management, digital, or equivalent
• Skills: At ease on the computer (Google suite, social networks, a little Canva or Photoshop is a plus), willing to learn web basics
• Qualities: Curiosity, autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, team spirit, willing to progress and get involved in a concrete project
