Founded in 2019 by Morgane de Villers (HEC Paris graduate, ex Kingfisher), and François-Xavier Poulain (SKEMA graduate, ex Kingfisher and La Redoute), Sloli is an impact start-up, in a growth phase (sales multiplied by 3 in 2024).
Our mission is to raise awareness of sustainable development issues. To achieve this, we design board games, serious games, frescoes and other fun and educational tools that address these different topics, for individuals, communities and businesses. All this, with a responsible manufacturing method: all our games are produced 100% in France, from environmentally-friendly materials and in a Zero Waste way.
We have already supported more than 40 professional customers such as Hermès, Intersport, Banque Populaire, Office Français de la Biodiversité, the European Parliament, the City of Paris, Octapharma, Baudelet Environnement...
Our business is structured around 3 areas of activity:
- A range of games, toys, books aimed at children, sold on our website and at over 150 partner retailers. We launched this business in September 2019 with a crowdfunding campaign that met with great success with individuals as well as the media
- A range of giant games and animation tools dedicated to educational and cultural structures (museums, media libraries, nature parks...). To date, we have more than 300 partner structures
- And our fast-growing activity: game design (serious games, board games, escape games...) and play tools (frescoes, exhibitions...) entirely tailor-made for companies, to support them in communicating their CSR / Sustainable Development challenges (raising awareness among their employees or stakeholders, training, deploying strategic plans, integrating new employees...). The internship will largely focus on this activity aimed at professionals, which for part of the missions is akin to sustainable development / CSR consulting.
Since our launch in late 2019, we have already won several awards recognizing our commitment: Trophées de l'Economie Responsable, Grand Prix Autonomie & Solidarité, Prix CREENSO (Créateurs d'une Entreprise Sociale)... and aroused the interest of many media (Europe 1, BFM, RMC, France 3...)
