INFORMATIQUE AND HOTSPOT SERVICE

Before logging in, please read the Charter for the use of computer equipment and the EuraTechnologies hotspot service.

1. The use of EuraTechnologies’s computer equipment and Hotspot service is subject, to compliance with the laws and regulations in force.

Using this service implies irrevocable acceptance by the user, without the need for any signature, of all the provisions and obligations contained in the present Charter.

2. Use of the EuraTechnologies hotspot service for Internet access

is authorized during the opening hours of this establishment and strictly

reserved for customers and employees.

3. The user acknowledges that he/she is in a place open to the public. He undertakes to use both his computer equipment, (computer and cell phone, personal assistant or any other Wi-Fi equipment) and this service, in accordance with the law and net etiquette by refraining in particular from any behavior and any use contrary to public order and good morals.

a) In particular he/she shall under no circumstances use his/her equipment or this service for illegal, illicit, prohibited purposes, i.e., without this list being exhaustive:

  • It’s forbidden to access, put online or display content and information, whether or not originating from an online posting on the Internet network but considered illegal by texts or courts such as information, messages, texts, images or videos of a violent nature, of’incitement to violence or hatred, degrading to the human person, pornographic or paedophilic and/or provocative in nature and damaging to the integrity or sensitivity of network users and/or consumers and users of this establishment.
  • By way of information, it is specified that EuraTechnologies' Wi-Fi access is secured by a systematic filtering tool of the « parental control » type and, consequently, the user is informed that certain sites are inaccessible.

b) The user agrees to respect the privacy of all persons and the secrecy of correspondence, and will refrain from intercepting any message or communication transmitted by telecommunications.

c) He’s committed to respecting legislation on personal data and automated processing of nominative information as well as legislation and texts relating to copyright, trademarks, patents, intellectual and industrial property. It is forbidden to reproduce or use in violation of these laws, whether multimedia creations, software, texts, press articles, photos, sounds, images of any kind, trademarks, patents, designs and models, it being specified that any mention relating to the existence of rights on these elements and / or data and / or files can not be removed and that any reproduction of a work or one of its components is forbidden;work or any of these elements and/or files and/or data without the consent of the rights holder constitutes an infringement.

4. When using the EuraTechnologies Hotspot service, the user agrees not to:

  • Recollecting or collecting any information concerning third parties without their consent;
  • Diffam, broadcast, harass, stalk, threaten anyone, nor violate the rights of others;
  • Create a false identity;
  • Try to obtain unauthorized access to a service and/or file, or data;
  • Differ or download elements containing software or other elements protected by intellectual property rights, unless it owns said rights or has received all necessary authorizations to do so;
  • D’to send any undesirable message nor to carry out « spamming » ;
  • D’send any mail and/or electronic message containing threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, indecent, unlawful or infringing the rights of individuals and the protection of minors;
  • Transmit any virus, Trojan horse, logic bomb or any other program harmful or destructive to third parties and/or any user;
  • Try to obtain unauthorized access to an automated data processing system and maintain oneself there;
  • Disrupt the services and/or content and/or data accessed;
  • D’send chain letters or propose so-called « snowball » or pyramid sales ;
  • D’to send any advertising, promotional message or any other form of unsolicited solicitation or canvassing.

5. The user acknowledges having received all necessary information regarding the specifications and terms of use of the EuraTechnologies Hotspot service, which implements automatic protection software for the purpose of selecting or restricting access to certain sites, servers or data.

6. It is the user's responsibility to verify that he/she has the hardware, software and browsers required to use this service. EuraTechnologies is in no way responsible for the equipment chosen under the responsibility of the user, who remains solely responsible for its security and protection.

7. EuraTechnologies, at the request of any competent administrative or judicial authority, or if it’deems it necessary, may temporarily or permanently suspend any use of the service without its liability being incurred and without the user being able to claim any compensation or reparation.

8. EuraTechnologies shall in no event be liable for any direct and/or indirect damages suffered as a result of the use of the WIFI service by the user, the latter being under the responsibility of the users in compliance with the present Charter. The user acknowledges that EuraTechnologies cannot be held responsible for the content or services accessed and does not guarantee either accessibility to content and services or speed of use, as access to the WIFI service may be suspended at any time without notice.

9. EuraTechnologies informs users of the service that the new provisions applicable to the fight against terrorism imply the’obligation to retain for a period of 12 months technical connection data, namely: "user", surname, first name, e-mail address, social network identifier, MAC address, time, duration and place of origin of communications with the exception of their content.

Certain personal information may be requested so that we can identify you, offer you services, improve the service and listen to you.

This nominative data (name, address, telephone, e-mail,…) is asked of you in particular when you subscribe to a service offered by EuraTechnologies You can, however, oppose telephone canvassing free of charge by registering on an opposition list.

Certain information about you must be provided in order for you to access the service concerned. Information of a mandatory nature is indicated as such.

Use and transmission of personal data

Your personal data will only be used for management purposes and for direct marketing operations initiated by SPL EuraTechnologies.

This data will not be communicated externally other than to our partners as part of the operation of the site, or for the purposes of satisfying legal or regulatory obligations or at the request of an administration or judicial authority.

Right of access and rectification

In accordance with article 34 of the amended French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files and freedoms (known as Loi « Informatique & libertés »), you have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete data concerning you.

11. In order to take full advantage of the Hotspot service, EuraTechnologies advises

all its user customers to look after their computer equipment by

ensuring that laptops and PDAs are not left unattended, paying particular attention to consumption that could damage their hardware and making sure they have an up-to-date antivirus.

You declare that you have

the right to use the Hotspot service at any time.

You declare that you have read the present Charter in its entirety, that you undertake to comply with it and that YOU UNDERTAKE TO USE your equipment, its content and THE EuraTechnologies Hotspot service UNDER YOUR FULL RESPONSIBILITY.

By clicking on the login button, you agree to use the EuraTechnologies Hotspot service in compliance with the rules set forth above and become a "user" of the service.
