Born in March 2020 following the death of Pierre de Saintignon, Z's mission is to redistribute the cards of employment. Companies are facing a shortage of resources to rapidly implement their digital transformation and accelerate their growth. It's an opportunity to give a chance to those forgotten by growth, by training young people young people under the age of 30, from priority urban neighborhoods, with no prerequisites, no networks, no connection but incredibly motivated and connected to the digital world. Already 3 classes, 43 young people accompanied, 90% employment for the young people who have graduated from the web dev training program. Our approach is to acculturate young people to the business world, with a mix of 1/3 employees in each class who are retraining for a career in web web development. The aim is to remove cultural barriers as early as possible, create mutual trust and have known and supportive mentors during onboarding at the end of the training course. Gender diversity accelerates acculturation and inclusion in the company.

Why create LAZARE? As the father of 2 boys, I was having trouble finding the right pair of shoes for my children. I was looking for the best at the right price for my little guys. That's how I came up with the idea of designing the right compromise for little ones. Quality shoes, at the right price, respecting children's health and the environment. Baby booties designed with moms in mind... During a baby's first years, bones, ligaments and tendons develop. To help them grow, babies should walk barefoot as often as possible. This strengthens the muscles and provides a natural position for the bones. But constraints, such as climate, don't always allow for this. The choice of baby booties is therefore essential. In order to offer an aesthetic and functional product, it is necessary to understand and anticipate the user's needs. In this case, children's shoes and booties are aimed at two distinct targets: the child himself and his parents. The challenge is therefore twofold: we must meet the parents' requirements and satisfy the child's needs. To achieve this, we surveyed a panel of 330 mothers with children aged between 0 and 4. In the course of this study, we presented them with 12 models of booties, each with different characteristics (shape, material, color, type of fastening, etc.). 60% of mothers had difficulty finding the right pair of booties for their baby. 2/3 of them said that booties were often too wide or too narrow. Finally, 90% of them prefer leather.
