Impact and inclusion: the watchwords of a new generation of entrepreneurs

At the end of three months of intensive bootcamp, around a hundred startups presented themselves to the selection panel, made up of experts in their fields. Of these, over 60% were selected to officially join EuraTechnologies’s new class. A new promotion that embodies an entrepreneurial dynamic resolutely focused on a more sustainable and equitable future.

In fact, almost a third of the startups that took part in the 3-month bootcamp and presented themselves to the jury include impact in their visions and models. A balanced distribution between environmental issues (15%) and social issues (16%). These projects demonstrate that’impact is a real driver of value creation by combining innovation and’impact on society.

Another strong signal: among all candidates for selection juries, a third of startups are founded or co-founded by women. This figure is well above the national average (22%)[1]. This breakthrough testifies to EuraTechnologies’s commitment to more inclusive tech, supported by concrete initiatives such as the EuraTechnologies x JFD club, dedicated to women entrepreneurs.

Multi-entrepreneurs convinced by high-performance support

This class stands out for the diversity and richness of its profiles. In addition to a growing number of women at the helm of startups, 15 serial entrepreneurs make up this new class, some of whom have already worked at EuraTechnologies and have chosen to repeat the experience, starting a new project from scratch. These experienced founders (some of whom have achieved major exits) have chosen to return to where it all began. Their approach, both humble and ambitious, will lead them to question themselves, to re-expose themselves to the critical and constructive eyes of experts, and to immerse themselves in the emulation and collective energy of a promotion. This return testifies not only to the value of the support offered, but also to the strength of the EuraTechnologies network.

Among them, Guillaume Spriet, co-founder of Drawer, perfectly embodies this dynamic. Created in 2011 with his wife Valérie, Drawer was born in EuraTechnologies before becoming a recognized e-commerce player. The startup has won over even the BUT group, which gradually acquired the company between 2022 and 2024. A success story rooted in Lille that testifies to EuraTechnologies’s ability to nurture ambitious, sustainable projects.

Today, these experienced entrepreneurs return with new ideas, ready to pass on, learn more, and build the successes of tomorrow.
