A one-year program in two phases

The Acceleration Program runs in two phases. From September to March, the focus is on sales acceleration: sales audit, testing channels, offer and pricing, building the pipeline and making the first sales hire. From March to September, the focus shifts to structuring for scale: governance, finance, HR, tools and preparing to raise funds.

Each startup is supported by an entrepreneur mentor who has been through the scale-up stage, a dedicated startup manager and EuraTechnologies’ in-house investment manager. The program is funded by the European Metropolis of Lille (MEL) and the Hauts-de-France Region.
