Title: Automated Craniofacial Surgical Planning: Investigation of Generative Deep Learning Models – Smart Imaging

The role of automated craniofacial surgical planning in the treatment of various craniofacial abnormalities and deformities has gained significant importance. Manual assessment and subjective expertise have traditionally been relied upon for surgical planning, resulting in variations in outcomes and increased surgical time. An opportunity arises with the emergence of generative deep learning models to revolutionize craniofacial surgical planning by automating and improving the accuracy of preoperative analysis. This research proposal aims to investigate the application of generative deep learning models in automated craniofacial surgical planning.
