Assolia
"Assolia’s solution is a multi-year rotation simulator that works by optimizing rotations. Our tool is initially aimed at cooperatives and their technicians to help them better the quality of their consulting services to their farmers. Using specific and personal information on the farm entered by the technician, Assolia provides a multi-year cropping plan, adapted to the needs and goals of the farmers.
The objective is to enable farmers to maximize their gross margins while adopting agronomically efficient rotations, promoting biodiversity, and also limiting inputs.
In a testimony, Christophe Rivayran, technical director at Arterris explains :
« With the increase in agronomic, regulatory, and environmental constraints, supporting our members in their choice of rotation became more and more restrictive. Thanks to Assolia, we can now provide them with fast, efficient, and personalized advice. Our farmers play with the tool to determine the rotation that suits them, by anticipating their crops for several years. In addition, we are approaching the CAP 2023 in a much more serene way »
How can we produce sustainably by choosing the best rotation? How do we improve yields? Is it interesting to integrate a new culture at the scale of my farm?
We offer an ergonomic tool allowing us to calculate the gross margin of the rotations on a specific farm in a few seconds. It submits to its user, several rotation schemes that can be considered. The farmer and his advisor will then be able to refine the proposals to their liking and be responsible for making the final decision.
We position ourselves as the first agro-economic simulation tool combining all the essential constraints for a farmer to offer rotation simulations in less than 30 seconds. It is also the first tool to take into account the new CAP 2023 eligibility criteria for eco-schemes."
