La Talent Fair d’EuraTechnologies revient le 23 septembre 2025 avec une édition placée sous le signe de la « Tech for all »

On September 23, EuraTechnologies organizes the 5th edition of the Talent Fair, the must-attend event dedicated to employment in tech. This year, the theme « Tech for all » will focus on inclusion, innovation and accessibility in the tech professions. Supported by the Lille European Metropolis and the Hauts-de-France Region, previous editions of the Talent Fair have attracted almost 1,000 participants and 90 companies and partners. In 2025, in addition to the unmissable job offers, it returns with an enriched program and new thematic areas to respond to the current challenges of the tech job market.

An edition dedicated to « Tech for all »

The professional world continues to transform, driven by major innovations such as AI and cybersecurity. These disruptive technologies are transforming the skills in demand, recruitment methods and career paths. But they also need to integrate the notions of inclusion and diversity right from their emergence, so as to avoid reproducing discriminatory biases.

The Talent Fair 2025 thus offers an immersion into these evolutions through three new spaces:

• IA Corner d’EuraTechnologies: AI professions, tool demos, advice… The stand will enable candidates to discover AI training courses but also to direct them towards startups looking for profiles.
• Village Cyber: offers and training dedicated to cybersecurity, hosted by Campus Cyber Hauts-de-France Lille Métropole, operated by EuraTechnologies. Like the IA Corner, this stand will offer guidance on cybersecurity training courses, as well as startups currently recruiting.
• Tech Pour Tous: a space dedicated to the Z Association, which will offer a focus on inclusion and diversity in tech.

EuraTechnologies is committed to supporting these developments also through their accessibility to the general public and being able to give keys to success to all and sundry, enabling inclusion from the very emergence of these disruptive technologies.

A diverse program to boost careers

For this 5th year, the Talent Fair, Tech for all edition, will offer throughout the day a program designed around’a diversity of formats:

• Participate in practical workshops and inspiring conferences
• Discover job offers and meet recruiters
• Enjoy professional photo shoots (offered)
• Schedule one-on-one interviews with tech companies

Participants will then have the opportunity throughout the day to receive keys to success provided by experts in the tech field but also in human resources.

The Talent Fair is aimed at all profiles: students, recent graduates, professionals changing careers or looking for new opportunities. EuraTechnologies, alongside its historic shareholders – the European Metropolis of Lille, the Hauts-de-France Region and the City of Lille - thus reaffirms its commitment to inclusive, accessible tech that creates jobs.
