Koussée Vaneecke appointed Chairwoman of the Board of EuraTechnologies

A graduate of ESCP Business School, Koussée Vaneecke (45) began her career with Danone and then Pernod Ricard. For the past ten years, she has held marketing management and general management positions in companies with a strong entrepreneurial culture, such as Comexposium, where she managed a subsidiary specializing in e-commerce and cybersecurity events, and Webhelp, a world leader in outsourced customer experience. 

Born in Moscow to a Russian-Ukrainian mother and a Chadian father, she has systematically worked on international expansions. Passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, she also created and managed a startup for 3 years. 

Koussée Vaneecke joined EuraTechnologies in January 2022 as Managing Director before accepting the position of interim Chairwoman in September 2022. This position has become permanent as of October 2022.  

As part of this new role, the Supervisory Board of EuraTechnologies has entrusted Koussée Vaneecke with the implementation of the development strategy proposed during its recent fundraising. 

The incubator raised €24 million this summer from its historical shareholders - the European Metropolis of Lille, the Hauts-de-France Region, the City of Lille, Crédit Agricole Nord de France, Caisse d'Epargne Hauts de France and Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe - and from new shareholders including the Mulliez Family Association, Entreprises et Cités and Banque des Territoires. 

This capital increase will enable the incubator to accelerate the deployment of its ambitious roadmap around four priority areas: employment and talent, cutting-edge technological equipment and collaboration in research and innovation, the environmental and energy transition with NetZero commitments, and international expansion.
