Descriptif du poste

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to become the most impressive talent acquisition manager- ever. You will :

  • Source, recruit and hire candidates that ‘raise the bar’ for our ecosystem
  • Supervise the full cycle hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance, including visa application
  • Develop, implement and execute recruiting strategies to fill current openings within our 300 startups 
  • Coach startup founders on governance issues and help them structure their executive committees 
  • Initiate solid partnerships with global tech universities and business schools
  • Design and organize the annual Euratechnologies Talent Fair (Northern Europe’s largest tech talent fair)
  • Coordinate our executive training programs
  • Include all HR teams at Euratechnologies into a club, to share best practice and create synergies
  • Design a weekly “talent letter” that promote top candidates looking for jobs in Euratechnologies startups

Incubating and accelerating startups is a tough job : you work hard so that your babies get all the kudos when they raise millions and scale their groundbreaking ideas. 

At Euratechnologies, we would like to hire someone exceptional who can solve our ecosystem’s biggest problem: talent recruitment. Most of our companies’ headquarters are in the Lille region. The talent acquisition manager will advise our 300-startups community and help them recruit top global talents. You will report directly to the HR director

Euratechnologies is a mission-driven organization. We do not hire people, we invest in them:

  • At Euratechnologies, salaries depend on your ambition for the job. Tell us about the extra revenues you expect to generate for the company, and we will tell you about your compensation package.
  • Kindergarden costs are covered and 6 weeks parental leave is granted to the second parent
  • Health insurance is provided
  • 50% Transportation costs are covered + 200 euros-check if you plan to ride a bike to work
  • Costs related to remote work are covered
