In direct contact with our Managing Director, you will actively participate in the expansion of a growing market. You will manage a team of outdoor sales and develop our key account partnerships on the French market.

Your missions ?

  • Develop the B2B sales strategy in close collaboration with the Managing Director,
  • Manage and develop the skills of 5 fields sales representatives: support in the field and development of skills with the support of the HR Department,
  • Drive sales performance (individual and collective sales objectives) through the use of existing tools (CRM, sales action plans),
  • Develop a strong presence in the field by supporting your outdoor sales team,
  • Ensuring the prospecting, development and loyalty of a portfolio of commercial partners, prescribers, financiers and key account clients throughout France,
  • Listening to the needs of B2B customers and carrying out competitive intelligence.

  • You have a significant B2B sales leadership experience within farm or wine sector.
  • As a true leader, you are able to manage & coach a team of sales representatives spread throughout France.
  • Entrepreneur, you enjoy contributing to the growth of an organization.
  • Customer centric, you build relationships and trust through a consultative approach…and results.
  • High energy, your positive attitude and exceptional communication skills win business and inspire your team.
  • Ideally you speak fluent English in order to fully integrate yourself in an international start-up.
