Modular and adaptable office spaces
The 10,500 square meters of office space available to rent are divided in floors.
This highly modular space gives real freedom of layout, offering a variety of spaces which can be perfectly tailored to businesses of all sorts, from start-ups to multinationals, at any stage of their development.
So a one-person start-up can set up with 24 square meters while benefiting from the same advantages, equipment and services as a multinational occupying a whole floor, or even more.
This modularity was designed into the project from the beginning: the technical services, all the networks, in particular heating, ventilation, electrical equipment, FTTU (Fiber to the User) and the IP networks are sized and controlled in units of 24 square meters

Besides these totally modular office spaces, Le Blan-Lafont also offers Project Areas for rental. These spaces are designed to cater businesses with short-term requirements for a specific order, project or tender: the rental for these areas are adapted to the duration of the project.
