Improving products experiences
- Customer research and analytics
We have an engaged beta community that we manage on a Facebook group as well as on a public Trello board. We learn a lot from them about their needs, their troubles with the product. You will have to take the information from the support team, and the beta community.
Depending on the moment and the part of the product, there are few KPI that will drive your effort (retention, NPS, premium rate…). Maintaining dashboards and tracking these metrics will be part of your job.
- Multi-app management
We currently have a mobile app for consumers on iOS and Android and a researcher web-app. We plan to launch specific web and mobile apps for particular users like vets, trainers. The core data and infrastructure will remain standard but we will develop different access.
- UX tests
Before asking designers to work on the final UI, you will have to iterate on UX tests, using for example Sketch and Invision to prototype your ideas.
Improving premium adoption rate
- Optimize free-app conversion channel
Our app will be soon available for downloads with basic features and contents. We want to use it as an acquisition channel.
- Optimize premium adoption rate
We will launch premium services for our current users. You will be in charge of their adoption optimization.
Managing development process
- Project planning
Maintaining backlogs and product tools
- User tests
Before releasing any feature, you will have to ensure that it fulfills our wishes and that the experience is great.
Academic background: Technical background with UX skills
Professional experience: 2 years +
Basic development skills
Good UX knowledge
